Email Server Update :
The Intelligent Hosting servers were moved to a new hosting facility (same company- new building) early this morning. After the move, the servers were brought back up and tested, and they were found to be functioning properly. At the start of the business day, we began fielding calls from clients with email problems, clearly indicating an issue.
Subsequently, it was determined that a firewall, external to our servers, was improperly configured, blocking incoming mail traffic to one of our servers. The staff at the host facility has corrected this issue and mail service is now been restored.
