• Allowed html tags and comments to your posts ~ Keep the evil users in check by limiting which html tags are permitted on your blog. The default html tags allowed are a sane choice to let people use html in their comments, without compromising the safety of your data or server, or the layout of your site.
• Moderation ~ Moderate all comments before they appear on the blog, with specific words in them, comments posted from specific IP addresses, or comments containing more than some specified number of links.
• Archiving ~ After you have been blogging or posting for some time, your posts start to pile up display the archives of your blog, containing all the old posts. You can choose from yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, category-wise or author-wise archives, and easily link to the archive pages from the main page (or any page for that matter).

• SmartCMX has a functional built-in search tool, your visitors can search within all your posts and pages to easily locate the content they are looking for. We even offer the use of a search hilite* plug-in that highlights the found search terms in the search results. If a user finds your site through a search on popular search engines like google or yahoo, the terms they used on google are highlited as well.

Links

• The links list is where you link to the blogs and sites you read frequently.
• The links in your Links List can be categorized and neatly organized.
• If you already have a list of links as an OPML file, you can import it to your site. For those coming from other blogging tools, this means that you can import your Links List from Blogrolling.com and avoid the third-party service to manage your links list or blogroll.
• Display your Links List the way you like - in alphabetical order, ranking order, randomly, or the order in which they were updated. You may also randomly choose any set number from your larger list and display them.
